Functional breathing

Recover the natural rhythm of your body.

We spend our whole life breathing, yet rarely observe how we do it. A personalized program to assess your current pattern and reclaim respiratory health through biomechanical and biochemical tools.

Functional breathing practice

Why it matters

The way you breathe during the day and night dictates your energy, the quality of your sleep, mental clarity and your response to stress.

Who is this practice for?

We adapt breathing practice to your situation.

01

Sleep (apnea & snoring)

If you wake up with a dry mouth, tired or with nightly interruptions, we retrain your daytime and nighttime breathing to secure an open airway and truly restorative rest.

02

Asthma & respiratory allergies

We learn to consciously reduce air volume to induce natural bronchodilation, ease chest tightness and improve tolerance to effort.

03

Anxiety, stress & panic

In moments of crisis the body hyperventilates. We work micro-apneas and resonance rhythms to activate the parasympathetic system and recover mental control within minutes.

04

Physical performance & posture

We strengthen respiratory muscles and the diaphragm to optimize oxygen delivery, delay training fatigue and stabilize lumbar posture.

05

Focus & mental clarity

Fixed cadence techniques designed to boost heart rate variability (HRV), oxygenate the prefrontal cortex and clear brain fog before daily activities.

Our methodology

The path of adapted breathing.

There is no single breathing that works for everyone. The approach is based on strict personalization through three pillars grounded in the science of functional breathing.

01

Biochemical assessment

The BOLT test

Every process starts by objectively measuring the sensitivity of your internal receptors to carbon dioxide (CO₂). Through the Body Oxygen Level Test (BOLT) we set your real baseline, no guesswork: your score tells us exactly the intensity and type of exercise your nervous system can safely tolerate.

02

Biomechanical re-education

Diaphragm & posture

We learn to activate the diaphragm correctly. We move past shallow chest breathing that fires up stress, and promote three-dimensional expansion of the lower ribs. We also work tongue posture hygiene to keep upper airways open.

03

Volume & cadence control

Controlled air hunger

We guide the body through subtle exercises reducing breathing volume (micro air-hunger). That tolerable voluntary sensation helps tissues absorb oxygen more efficiently (Bohr Effect) and calms the heart rate organically.

How we work together

A simple, measurable process.

  1. 01

    Initial diagnostic session

We measure your current BOLT score, assess posture and breathing biomechanics, and review your goals or health conditions.

  2. 02

    Adapted plan design

We build a step-by-step protocol tailored to your tolerance level. Low BOLT starts with subtle recovery techniques; performance goals lead into altitude-training simulations.

  3. 03

    Follow-up & daily progress

You leave with clear, quantifiable exercises easy to integrate into your routine (even walking or at the screen), tracking how your BOLT score climbs week after week.

Your breath is the bridge between mind and body. Regulating it is reclaiming the most powerful natural pharmacy you own.
