Discover the eightfold path of Patañjali's yoga.

The path
Yogaś-citta-vṛtti-nirodhaḥ \\ Yoga Sutra 1.2
Yoga is the stilling of the fluctuations of the mind.
Ashtanga
As transmitted by Patañjali in the Yoga Sūtras. Each step cultivates the next; none is the final destination.
The Vipassana Bhavana method
Vipassana Bhavana brings together the essential practices of yoga into one personal path — four pillars that support each other.
Asana
Asana is the practice of physical postures designed to develop stability and strength. More than flexibility, the practice prepares the body to be a stable foundation for the inner work, cultivating the four qualities of the mind: duty, knowledge, non-attachment and firmness.

About me
My story didn't begin on a yoga mat. After finishing my studies in Human Resources and spending a few years in the corporate world, the call for a deep change in how I lived and understood the world became clear. In 2017 I made a decision that would transform my path forever: I left the routine behind and began travelling and living around the world.
During eight years as a backpacker, moving through many countries in Europe and Asia, I not only discovered new cultures — I immersed myself fully in the study of the mind, nervous system regulation and the eastern philosophical traditions.
To turn my personal practice into a professional tool, I trained at the most prestigious sources in the world. I am a certified teacher from The Yoga Institute in Mumbai (India), the oldest organised yoga school in the world, recognised by UNESCO for its invaluable cultural, educational and scientific contribution.
This foundation lets me unite the richness of ancient traditions — such as the Sanskrit techniques of attention and self-reflection — with a Western, rigorous approach adapted to the needs of our current culture.
My methodology
Today I condense my multicultural experience and life into specific programs and protocols for optimising health and high mental performance:
Asana as cognitive reorganisation
Physical movement designed to build bodily stability and mental firmness.
Pranayama
Breathing techniques adapted to regulate the nervous system and stress.
Mental training and metacognition
Tools to learn to observe your own thoughts, train inward attention and dissolve mental rumination.
Through personalised accompaniment, workshops and digital training, my purpose is to give you a clear, practical method to hack your own operating system, helping you develop a more stable, aware, focused and free mind.
